Created by Kris Peterson, Florian is a fun-loving preadolescent boy. He is happiest at school performances and children's parties. Having immigrated from Germany, Florian now speaks English as well as German. Before moving to Atlanta, Georgia, to live with Dr. Rockwood and the Presidential Puppets, Florian's guardian was Stevo (aka Dr. Stefan Schueling), the well-known semi-professional German ventriloquist whose vent partner is the charming puppet Theo Retisch.
